I have been in love with melodies since as long as I can remember. Probably since I heard my mother‘s singing for the first time while she was still carrying me in her womb.

I needed to free myself by writing the music that I really love. My guess is, I needed to understand how to love what I am writing to free myself.

Every musical idea needs the time it needs to be effective, no matter how long or short it might be.

I have been told my music inspires a feeling of 'patience' when listening.

Repetitions are not the same.

I am in love with exploring the same thing over and over again, only to discover that there is something more to be uncovered, something I don’t know how to explain in words. I consider it an essential foundation of my work.
